Deliverables

Working over a number of months, UI consultancy was taken underway to work on website functionality improvement as well as customer journey improvements.

Once areas of improvement were identified, designs and mock-ups were created for Broadway Travels web development team to work from. Full testing and phased designs were also included.

Online and offline campaigns were also created, including Metro newspaper adverts to increase the visability of the brand.
